Matt Offman

Matt Offman currently serves as the Executive Clinical Director of Dentistry at Penobscot Community Health Care since June 2022 and as the NYC Regional Dental Director at Hudson River HealthCare, Inc. since August 2020. Prior to these roles, Matt Offman worked as a General Dentist at Brightpoint Health from September 2019 to August 2020. Educationally, Matt Offman earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry between 2014 and 2018, following a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Biology, and Spanish from the University of Delaware from 2007 to 2011.
