Sam Bonfe

Sam Bonfe is currently the Area Director of Food and Beverage at PCH Hotels & Resorts, a position they have held since 2007. Previously, Sam served as Vice President of Food, Beverage, and Events at the same company from 2005 to 2007, and held senior roles at Marriott International, including Senior Director of Convention Services from 1990 to 1997. Sam’s early education includes a degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management from the State University of New York at Canton, which they attended from 1974 to 1976.
