Taylor Fields

Taylor Fields is the current Corporate Director of Spa at PCH Hotels and Resorts, Inc. Taylor has held this position for 4 years and 10 months. Prior to their current role, they served as the Director of Spa, Salon & Pool Operations for MGM Resorts International for 4 months.

Taylor has over 8 years of experience in the spa industry. Taylor began their career as a Spa Attendant/Concierge at PCH Hotels & Resorts. Taylor quickly rose through the ranks and was promoted to Spa Supervisor and then Spa Manager. In their current role as Corporate Director of Spa, they are responsible for overseeing all spa operations at PCH Hotels & Resorts properties across the United States.

Under Taylor’s leadership, the spas at PCH Hotels & Resorts have received numerous awards and accolades. Most recently, the spa at the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa was named one of the Best Hotel Spas in the Southeast by Condé Nast Traveler.

Taylor is a graduate of the University of Alabama where they earned a degree in Hospitality Management.

Taylor Fields has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in Business Administration and an Advanced Academic Diploma from Hoover High School.
