PCI GLOBAL GAMIFIES LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT TRAINING WITH DIGITAL BUSINESS GAMES
For Faster, Deeper Measured Learning retained and applied On The Job In Corporate Training Market.

BACKGROUND - Josh Bersin of Deloitte reports: 86% of global businesses said their greatest need is to develop LEADERS at all levels; to grow a business, manage projects, run operations for more productivity, service quality and less costs-to lead people and build teams to succeed in a digital world.

CURRENTLY Big Training vendors put Leaders to sleep with lectures & e-learning. BERSIN says they learn best by doing it with practice & feedback on results. BIG VENDORS offer: No practice, no feedback; no tools to apply on the job. No innovation. No hard measurement of results & NO FUN!

HOT TRENDS 2 major L&D studies point to growing need for simulations and gamification to help learn and apply complex skills like Leadership or Management. Companies also seek to replace classrooms.

PCI GLOBAL builds digital business games modelling a business, project, bank or supply chain. Even simulate people to lead; some good-some not. Deploy games & tools directly to student laptops anywhere in the world. Leaders, in teams, learn by going inside a rich, detailed model of a business or project. They make decisions – to grow business or complete project–with immediate feedback on results so they SEE on screen what works – what failed. Discard fails & apply what worked on the job. Learn 4 ways and compress 4-6 months business experience into 16-24 class hours.

Ratings World Wide: TIME WELL SPENT went from 91.6% to 92.6%. Learning increases ran from 24.8% to 106.7% in classes held in the US, UK, Mexico (in Spanish), Canada, France (in French), Spain, Korea, Thailand, and Dubai. Delivered in classes or webinars.

CURRENT CLIENTS include J&J, UTC, PFIZER, REGENERON, PRUDENTIAL, SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC, for game based training in (1) Leadership, (2) Project Management, (3) Business Acumen and (4) Operations.
