PCI makes complex infrastructure projects deliverable — commercially and culturally.

We're the only advisory firm that engineers both the commercial contract and the human system that has to deliver it.
30 years experience. 300+ contracts. $200B+ delivered. Almost every continent.
We design the commercial architecture that aligns parties' interests instead of transferring blame — and we shape the leadership, culture and team systems that make that contract actually perform.

Beyond advising asset owners, we coach proponent teams to win selection and become high-performing partners once inside the contract.

PCI Group is active in a wide range of industry sectors including health, road, rail, defence, mining, power, and water. We also have extensive experience in other industries including aviation, finance, I.T, logistics, and education.
