C.E. Orquiola

As president for PCL’s Southern California operations, Cathy is responsible for the successful business operations and overall performance for the nearly $1 billion district, consisting of the Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego offices. Cathy began her career with PCL in 1998 and holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from Florida Institute of Technology. Whether constructing a building or leading a district, Cathy recognizes that people are the key distinguishing factors in every accomplishment. For two consecutive years, Cathy has been named by the Los Angeles Business Journal as one of LA’s Most Influential Leaders and was recently recognized as one of the Most Outstanding Women in Construction & Design.
