David Minor

David Minor is an accomplished operations manager currently serving at PCL Construction since April 2020, overseeing PCL Solar Constructors USA and also participating in design, commissioning, and technology aspects of solar projects. Prior to PCL Construction, David held the position of Director of Operations at Spark Power Corp. and served as Vice President of Operations at Northwind Solutions LP. David's career began at Direct Energy, where multiple managerial roles were held over an eight-year period. David holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Brock University, completed in 1999.
