Donny Smith is the Director of Preconstruction Services at PCL Construction, where they lead dedicated Preconstruction teams on large-scale projects, focusing on providing client value during the early project phases. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University, Donny has extensive preconstruction management experience across various sectors, including luxury resorts, themed attractions, and high-rise developments. They have successfully delivered projects exceeding $500 million, securing PCL’s reputation as a partner committed to enhancing value from project inception through to construction. Prior to their role at PCL, Donny served as Manager of Preconstruction at Hardin Construction Company and held estimator positions at Metric / JA Jones Construction and JESCO Construction.
