Doug Baggett is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in preconstruction and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Preconstruction for PCL Construction in North Florida since April 2013, Doug has held various roles, including Construction Risk Manager and Division Manager for Special Projects. Prior to PCL, Doug was President of PBA Building Corporation from July 2007 to March 2013, overseeing strategic planning and operational management for the firm. Doug's earlier experience includes positions at Duke Realty Corporation as Preconstruction Manager, and Brasfield & Gorrie as an Estimator and Project Manager, along with an internship at DCC Constructors. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida.
