Gary Bishop

Gary Bishop is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and workforce development. Currently serving as the District Training & Professional Development Manager at PCL Construction since June 2009, Gary previously held the position of VP Workforce Development at Associated Builders and Contractors - Carolinas Chapter from February 2007 to May 2009. An Army Officer in the US Army from June 1974 to June 1996, Gary has a solid foundation in leadership and management. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a MA in Management & Supervision from Central Michigan University, and a Certificate in Higher Education Leadership from the University of South Carolina.
