Gary Mark Monaghan is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and operational leadership. Currently serving as a Construction Manager at PCL Construction since March 2024, Gary has held pivotal roles such as Senior Project Manager at MONTONI and Vice President of Construction at WERKLIV. With a strong background in managing construction projects and improving operational logistics, Gary has also contributed as Directeur de projets at Quadrax et Associés and as Directeur construction at DECAREL. Having established the Montreal division for Constructions BSL inc. and managed its operations as General Director, Gary's expertise is further supported by academic credentials, including a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering from École de technologie supérieure and a Technical degree in Building Estimation from Campus notre-dame-de-foy.
