Geoff Howe

Geoff Howe, P.Eng., GSC, has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as District Manager at PCL Construction since October 2008, where previous roles included Construction Manager and Senior Project Manager for significant projects like the True North Square Tower 1 in Winnipeg. As a Construction Risk Manager, Geoff led initiatives for the Saskatchewan Hospital North Battleford P3 and the Regina Stadium Revitalization Project. Additionally, experience as Chief Estimator involved managing financial proposals for Saskatchewan's northern half, while earlier roles included Estimator and Student Engineer/Estimator, providing foundational expertise across various project types. Geoff holds a Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering and a dual Bachelor's degree in History and Philosophy of Science from The University of British Columbia, along with a Certificate in Project Management for Construction from the University of Toronto.
