Ian M.

Ian M. is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in civil operations management. Currently serving as Manager of Civil Operations at PCL Construction since February 2018, Ian's role emphasizes expanding market share and enhancing confidence in the Civil Group in Northern Alberta. Ian's previous positions include Vice President Civil at CHANDOS Construction Ltd., where responsibilities involved driving growth in the Civil Structural Market, and District Manager (Civil) at Graham Construction and Engineering, overseeing infrastructure construction planning and performance. Ian also held various roles at PCL from Field Engineer to Senior Project Manager over nearly a decade. Involvement with the ARHCA Board has included roles from Board Member to Vice Chairman, reflecting leadership and commitment to the construction industry. Ian holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan.
