John Packer, P.Eng, is a Professional Engineer with over five years of experience in Highway Infrastructure Construction. They have worked on diverse projects, including bridge replacements and highway reconstructions, using various delivery models. Currently, John is an Assistant Superintendent at Nordic PCL Construction and also serves as a Project Engineer with the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, where they lead teams and manage complex highway improvement projects.
