Josh Randall

Josh Randall is an accomplished General Superintendent at PCL Construction, with extensive experience in industrial construction management since 2008. Prior roles include District Craft Training Manager, where Josh developed training programs and managed PCL's Learning Management System; District Senior Superintendent, focusing on project oversight and operational efficiency; and District Crane & Rigging Manager, responsible for crane operation compliance and employee mentorship. Prior to joining PCL, Josh held positions at Bechtel Power Corporation and Bechtel Corporation, directing significant projects such as the Elm Road Generating Station and the Nuclear Waste Treatment Facility. Josh began a career with Iron Workers International, attaining expertise as a Journeyman Ironworker and General Foreman. Educational accomplishments include studies at Milwaukee Area Technical College and Idaho State University.
