Rick Goldman

As vice president and district manager, Rick leads the successful operations of PCL’s Florida Buildings Group which includes offices in Orlando and Miami. Rick spearheads forward-thinking initiatives and leverages the expertise of the PCL Orlando team to promote a robust safety culture, creative technology implementations, progressive preconstruction methods, and best-in-class quality practices. He encourages his teams to work hard while enjoying the time they spend together and celebrating their achievements made alongside one another as part of the PCL family. This family culture extends beyond the company and to relationships with local subcontractors and consultants, who work collaboratively with PCL to deliver complete client satisfaction on every project. PCL’s dedicated, client-focused solution provider culture has created long-term relationships with clients, who continually solicit work from PCL as their contractor of choice.

Rick joined PCL in 1997 as a project engineer and has gone on to serve in various leadership roles on many of PCL’s landmark projects, including world-renowned entertainment and hospitality facilities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in building construction from the M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management at the University of Florida.
