Stephen Gergal

Stephen Gergal is a civil engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering roles within the construction industry. Gergal has worked with PCL Construction from November 2020 to March 2025 as a Project Engineer, overseeing multiple projects including the Luke 303 Phase I and II expansions and Tucson Water Job Order Contracting. Prior to this, Gergal gained experience as a Field Engineer Intern at Pulice Construction, Inc. in 2016, contributing to significant projects such as the Perris Dam Seismic Remediation and various wastewater treatment plant modifications. Gergal also held an internship at PCL Construction in 2017, focusing on subcontractor coordination and scheduling for the 24th St Water Treatment Plant project. Gergal holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Minor in Spanish from Northern Arizona University, completed in 2018.
