Stephen Halas

Stephen Halas is a Field Coordinator at PCL Construction, where responsibilities include project setup and closeout activities, site safety management, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Previously, as an engineering student at PCL Construction, Stephen was recognized as a top finalist for the PCL National Student Scholarship and contributed to various project activities. Earlier experience includes a summer engineering internship at Cariboo Central Railroad Contracting Ltd., where track maintenance and safety improvements were central tasks, and a Carpenter's Apprentice role at Edgecombe Builders, focusing on health and safety protocols in the construction process. Additional roles in sales at Bananatag and Xerox highlight strong capabilities in client relationship management and revenue generation. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Organizational Studies from Western University.
