Stevie Locklear is an Electrical General Foreman at PCL Construction in Rising Sun, Maryland, where they oversee two crews and manage various administrative tasks since October 2014. With over twenty-five years of experience in numerous industries, including nuclear and gas processing, Stevie has spent a decade in leadership roles as an electrical foreman and general foreman. Prior to PCL Construction, they served as an Electrical General Foreman at Overland Contracting Inc. in 2014. Stevie has a strong technical background, specializing in low and high voltage systems and DCS controls.
