Sylvio Dupuis

Sylvio Dupuis has extensive experience in project management and design management within the construction industry, having held various leadership roles at major firms. Since March 2019, Sylvio has been retired after a notable tenure as a Senior Project Manager at PCL Constructors Canada from October 2009 to November 2011, where responsibilities included developing project-specific design management plans for the Niagara Health System – St. Catharines Site. Previous roles include Project Manager at PCL Bahamas Ltd overseeing the Atlantis Phase III project, and Project Manager at Buttcon Limited for over two decades. Sylvio also served as Toronto District Quality Manager at PCL Constructors Canada Inc., where the focus was on developing and implementing Quality Management Plans, and as a Senior Project Manager at PCL Pacific Rim PTY Ltd, leading the design management of the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre.
