David P. Kinney is the Director of Midwest Convention Sales at Louisville Tourism and has held this position since 2011. With a background in sales, they previously served as Regional Sales Manager for the Puerto Rico Convention Bureau and Senior Sales Manager at Hotel Orrington. David has also volunteered extensively with the Professional Convention Management Association, including roles as President of the Heartland Chapter and Director of TechCon for the MPI Chicago Area Chapter. They earned a degree from The University of Kansas, graduating in 1998.
