Dan is responsible for the customer experience areas of the business, from product and pre-sales to service and support. His goal is to connect product, sales, onboarding, and customer service to create a uniform experience that will provide greater value for PCMI customers.
Dan has worked for both startups and large companies, and last worked for Amadeus, a major player in the travel industry. Dan has spent the majority of his career building product and service teams, but also has significant experience on the commercial side as an executive partner where he managed pricing and proposals for enterprise deals.
Dan received a Bachelor’s of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bristol University.
