Nick Nardacci is a seasoned finance professional specializing in strategic finance, FP&A, M&A, and SaaS business models. They currently serve as the Director of FP&A at PCMI, while also holding positions as a Board Observer for both Sailes and Dalia. Previously, Nick worked as an Investment Banking Associate at both William Blair and Progress Partners, leading numerous high-profile tech M&A transactions. Nick earned a dual MBA/MSA degree from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance from Stonehill College.
