Michael Desrochers

Michael Desrochers has a diverse range of work experience in the insurance and software industries. Michael most recently served as the Vice President of Strategy & Growth at PCMS, beginning in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Insurity as the AVP Digital Partnerships from September 2021 to April 2023, where they developed and executed the company's partner ecosystem management program.

From 2019 to 2021, Desrochers held the position of VP Product Strategy & Alliances - Specialized Products for North America at Sapiens. Michael also served as the VP Business Development & Product Executive from August 2018 to August 2019 at the same company.

Desrochers worked as a Principal at CenterPoint Consulting, LLC from April 2017 to August 2018, providing business consulting services to the Property & Casualty and Worker's Compensation industry. Michael specialized in business process analysis, software vendor selection, project management, and strategy-based software product management.

Prior to that, they were a Senior Advisor/Consultant at Premium Consulting Corp. from July 2017 to February 2018, where they managed the vendor software selection process for a private mutual insurance company.

Desrochers also held the position of Director of Product Management at Delphi Technology from December 2011 to March 2017. Before that, they worked at Innovation Group North America as the Global Product Manager - Insurer Policy from January 2011 to November 2011 and as the Product Manager - Insurer Pyramid (aka Innovation WORKS) from January 2008 to January 2011.

Earlier in their career, Desrochers worked at FINEOS as a Product Manager/Principal Consultant from May 2005 to December 2007, at ASCENDANTONE as an Engagement Manager from 2001 to 2005, and at OneShield Software as a Senior Project Manager from 2000 to 2001.

Throughout their career, Desrochers has demonstrated expertise in product management, strategy development, business consulting, and software implementation.

Michael Desrochers has a Graduate Certificate in Business Process Design from DePaul University. Michael also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Studies from the University of New Hampshire and an Associate's degree in Marketing & Communications from Merrimack Valley College.
