Lauren Uht

Lauren Uht is an Employee Relations Manager at PCMSI. Prior to their current position, they worked as an assistant manager at Walmart and a customer service representative at Northwest Savings Bank.

Lauren is highly effective in leading, coaching, and developing teams. Lauren is able to manage P&L, make operational and merchandising decisions, and ensure company policies and standards are followed and executed. Lauren has a proven track record in delivering excellent customer experiences in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Through their previous positions, Lauren has gained valuable experience in attracting potential customers, maintaining customer records, resolving product or service problems, and preparing reports. Lauren is a strong team player and is always willing to contribute to the team effort.

Lauren Uht attended Girard High School and then Gannon University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government.

They are on a team with Jamie Fahey - Manager, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Bev Lovendale - Manager, Accounts Payable, HR, and Jeff Slater - Sales & Marketing Manager. Their manager is Debbie Uht, President.
