Brian Baker is an experienced in-house counsel at PCS Wireless, specializing in corporate, commercial, and employment law, with a focus on risk mitigation and compliance since April 2019. Baker has a strong history of advising business leaders on complex legal and operational issues, successfully balancing legal risk with business strategy. Prior to this role, Baker served as a partner at Ravin Greenberg, LLC, and McCarter & English, LLP, where significant achievements included leading a team in one of New Jersey's largest Ponzi scheme cases and negotiating plans that returned substantial funds to creditors. Earlier experience also includes creating strategic asset liquidation plans and reorganizing multi-million dollar companies as an attorney. Baker holds a JD from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a BA in Political Science/Economics from the University at Albany. In addition, Baker authored the novel "Animal Killer" in 2019, exploring themes of animal vengeance.
