Drew Byles

Drew Byles is the Head of I.T. & Security in Europe at PCS Wireless, where they currently oversee IT and security operations. With extensive experience in IT support management, Drew has previously held positions as IT Operations Manager at Maintel and Senior IT Analyst (Team Coordinator) at Agip KCO. Their career began with roles as Systems Administrator at ExxonMobil and EDS Group, showcasing a strong foundation in technical support. Drew has also contributed to the field as Technical Global Manager at AZ Electronic Materials and worked in Datacenter Windows Operations at Dresdner Kleinwort. They are currently pursuing an Engineer's Degree in Information Technology at NESCOT.
