Adam Ditillo

Adam Ditillo has worked in the IT field since 2013. Adam began their career at Coastal Solutions, LLC as an IT Consultant, where they provided Level 1 technical support for over 100 companies. In 2015, they joined PCS, LLC. as an Automation Engineer, where they were responsible for the development, deployment, and management of automated processes to reduce man hours, increase accuracy, and improve overall efficiency for both PCS and clients. Adam also developed custom processes and tools to alert on, prevent, and mitigate the damage of Crypto virus infections, network breaches, Trickbot attacks, and similar threats. Additionally, they provided Level 2 technical support and escalation for 100+ companies.

Adam Ditillo graduated from Excelsior University in 2013 with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.
