Amanda Warren

Amanda Warren has worked in the professional world for over 15 years. In 2019, they began working as an Office Assistant for PCS. Prior to this, they were a Log Editor for Univision Communications Inc. from 2017-2019. Before that, they were an Electronic Banking Assistant Manager for Sturdy Savings Bank from 2016-2017. Her longest tenure was with Sun National Bank, where they worked from 2004-2016. During their time there, they held three different roles: AC/Customer Care Supervisor, Online Banking Specialist/Assistant Supervisor, and Customer Service Representative. As AC/Customer Care Supervisor, they managed 8 call center reps in the Customer Service Department and handled all calls related to sales, collections, loans, and online support. As Online Banking Specialist/Assistant Supervisor, they created procedures and daily processing of personal and business online setups, as well as Bill Pay.

Amanda Warren attended the Management Training Program at Cumberland County College from 2007 to 2008, where they studied Business Administration and Management.
