Ed Maldonado

Ed Maldonado has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Ed began their career in 1999 as IT Manager for Gulf & Atlantic Maritime Services - GAMS LLC, where they managed the IT department of the third largest US shipping agency. In 2004, they moved to TEKsystems as an IT Project Coordinator, successfully merging and migrating the iSeries operations departments. In 2005, they took on the role of Supervisor of Data Center Operations at RCG Global Services. In 2007, they worked as a Data Analyst / Client Liaison at Axiom Corporation, optimizing data collection procedures and presenting data to management. From 2008 to 2018, they worked at ADP as a Senior Security Administrator / Support Specialist II, managing the provisioning, de-provisioning, pw resets, and entitlement changes for the enterprise application suite. In 2018, Ed joined InSource, Inc. as an IT Incident Manager, responsible for meeting the client's goals and objectives. Currently, they are a Client CIO at PCS, advocating and liaising between clients and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of IT solutions.

Ed Maldonado completed a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science at The College of New Jersey between 1981 and 1986. Ed has also obtained seven certifications from various institutions since 2020, including Veeam Certified Sales Professional (VMSP), iLand Certified Sales Professional (DR, IaaS, Ob, BaaS, O365), Barracuda Total Email Protection Certified Sales Representative (TEP), Barracuda Essentials Certified Sales Representative (ESS), Barracuda PhishLine Certified Sales Representative (PL), Barracuda Sentinel Certified Sales Representative (SEN), and SonicWall Cloud Application Security Sales Representative SaaS (CAS).
