James Carella has worked in the IT industry since 2004. James began their career as an Analyst at Amici LLC in 2004. In 2006, they became a System Administrator at Conduent Legal and Compliance Solutions, where they supported the company user base with procuring software licenses and other peripheral hardware for workstations. James also procured, configured, and troubleshot smartphone devices from various wireless vendors, and handled issues with user accounts and mailboxes in Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
