Incident Response Engineer at PCS

Jason Lin has extensive work experience in the field of IT and technology. Jason began their career in 2010 as a Server at Johnny Rockets and later worked at various companies such as Microsoft, CSC, and Robert Half Technology in different roles including Product Advisor, PC Support Technician, and Service Request Coordinator.

In 2014, Jason joined Microsoft as a Usability Assistant for the Project HoloLens. Jason then moved on to Alaska Airlines, where they worked as an Endpoint Engineer and Configuration Center Technician from 2015 to 2016.

From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Greene Information Systems as an IT Systems Engineer, followed by a position at BlackPoint IT Services as an Associate Consultant. At BlackPoint, they provided MSP support for over 500 managed companies, managed Office 365 licensing, and coordinated with clients for deploying ProofPoint spam-filtering service.

Jason's most recent position was at Onni Group of Companies, where they worked as a Senior Systems Administrator from 2021 to 2023.

In 2023, Jason joined PCS as an Incident Response Engineer.

Jason Lin graduated from the University of Washington in 2011, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. Jason also holds a Bachelor of Psychology degree from the University of Washington, although the exact start and end years for this degree are unknown.
