John DeRienzo has worked in the IT industry for over 22 years. John began their career in 2003 as a Systems Engineer at SBLI of Massachusetts, providing friendly and quality customer support for Windows XP Pro and Windows 2000 Workstation. John then moved to Salem Five Bank in 2006 as a Help Desk Analyst II. In 2008, they joined Sokolove Law LLC as a Sr Systems Administrator, managing the helpdesk system, providing end user hardware and software asset management, and managing IT staff. In 2012, they became IT Help Desk Manager at Puma, managing Help Desk staff and responsible for end user hardware and software asset management. In 2016, they were promoted to Director of Information Technology at Security Source, managing IT infrastructure for MA and KY locations. Most recently, in 2021, they became Regional Lead at PCS, where they have partnered with customers to ensure they have the best IT service for their organizations 24/7.

John DeRienzo has obtained a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification. John has also attended Middlesex Community College, though they did not receive a degree.
