Incident Response Engineer at PCS

Mark Harrington has worked in the IT field since 2014. Mark began as an IT Technician at Telecorp Inc. in 2014 and then progressed to an IT Technician at PCH Technologies in 2015. In this role, they responded to network/server down situations, configured/troubleshoot firewalls, and performed Windows Server Administration, onsite and off-site server backup using Dell Appassure, and used Kaseya, Centrastage, Solarwinds, and Logic monitor monitoring/network management solutions. Mark then moved to an IT Consultant at Philadelphia Orchestra Association in 2016 and then to an IT Consultant at Tech Please in 2017. Most recently, they have been an Incident Response Engineer at PCS, LLC. since 2018.

Mark Harrington attended Saint Joseph's University from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Mark also holds a certification from ABET.
