Phil Garner

Phil Garner is a seasoned professional in the publishing and educational sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Becaris Publishing Limited since September 2022, where the focus is on delivering accessible, evidence-based information in comparative effectiveness research. Garner also holds the position of Founder and CEO at Red Brick Publishing Solutions and has worked as a contractor for Delta Think. In addition, Phil Garner is a Director at PCSIG, a member of the Training Committee for the Association of Learned and Professional Society Publishers (ALPSP), and a Parent Governor at Kings Langley Secondary School. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Adviser at Collingwood Advisory Ltd and as a Non-Executive Director at Portland Press. Previously, Garner was Chief Executive Officer of Future Science Group and held the role of Authorised Signatory at The Drake Foundation. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA and a BSc in Zoology from Imperial College London.
