Amir Soltanian has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Amir began their career as a DSP Engineer at Iran Communications Industry in 1997, where they conducted research and development on DSP algorithms for GSM base stations. During their time there, they successfully delivered an MLS radio for channel decoding. In 2000, they joined NIST as a Guest Researcher, focusing on DSP algorithm development for Bluetooth and 802.11 radio. Amir also proposed new methods for interference cancellation in ISM band. In 2004, Amir joined PCTEL as a DSP Engineer, later progressing to roles such as DSP Embedded Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering, and currently serves as the Vice President of Engineering. Amir has played a significant role in the company's engineering department, contributing to its growth and success.
