Paul Kinderman

Paul Kinderman has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Paul has held various leadership roles throughout their career.

Paul started their career at Hughes Aircraft in 1988, where they served as a Member Of Technical Staff. During their time there, they played a crucial role in engineering communication satellite payloads and overseeing the design, quality, and production of new technologies.

In 1992, Kinderman joined STM Wireless as the Director of Global Sales, where they were responsible for leading the global sales and presales team for STM's VSAT network solutions. Paul'sfocus was on selling voice, data, and video satellite solutions in Asia, Africa, and South America.

After their successful stint at STM Wireless, Kinderman worked at Adaptive Broadband/EF Data as a Sales Director from 1999 to 2001, and then at Acterna as a Solution Sales Executive from 2001 to 2003.

In 2003, Kinderman founded Progressive Wireless Solutions, where they served as the CEO. Paul established the company as a leading player in the US mobile carrier market by partnering with European companies and delivering solutions to tier 1 and 2 operators and network equipment manufacturers.

Kinderman's career continued to progress as they joined Argogroup (ASCOM) in 2005 as the VP Sales Americas. Paul later transitioned to Ascom, where they held the position of Vice President of Large Accounts & Solution Sales until 2016.

Paul'snext role was at InfoVista, where they served as the Vice President of Americas - Sales and Operations from 2005 to 2017. During this time, they played a significant role in driving sales and overseeing operations in the Americas region.

In 2018, Kinderman returned to PCTEL, where they have held leadership positions ever since. Paul first served as the Vice President of Sales - US & Europe OEM and T&M Accounts, leading the sales team responsible for antennas, IoT devices, and wireless test solutions. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of T&M Global Sales, where they lead the PCTEL Test and Measurement sales organization responsible for the company's wireless test solutions across various industries.

Throughout their career, Kinderman has showcased their expertise in sales, operations, and leadership, making him a valuable asset in the telecommunications and technology industries.

Paul Kinderman's education history begins with their time at Cornell University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from 1984 to 1988. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Southern California from 1989 to 1991 and earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE), specializing in Communication Systems. In 2015, they attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business for a brief period, participating in the Growth through Customer Centric Innovation Program.
