David Schiffmayer

David Schiffmayer has a strong background in the appraisal and real estate industry, with significant experience in management roles. David is currently serving as the SVP of Operations at PCV Murcor since August 2022. Prior to that, they were the Owner of Evergreen Appraisal from January 2021 to August 2022.

David has also worked at Wells Fargo, where they held several positions. From December 2014 to January 2021, they served as the AMC Vendor Management Lead in the Collateral Strategy team. In this role, they managed a team of AMC Vendor Managers and oversaw a comprehensive oversight program for third-party valuation vendors.

Before that, David worked at Stewart Lender Services as the Director of Valuations from September 2011 to September 2014. David was responsible for managing a team of national review appraisers and creating valuation policies and procedures.

Prior to joining Stewart Lender Services, David worked at Fannie Mae as an Appraisal Manager in the National Underwriting Center from December 2008 to September 2011.

David'scareer at Wells Fargo began in October 2005, where they held two positions. Firstly, they served as the Region Appraisal Manager from October 2006 to November 2008, managing and training team leaders and staff appraisers. Secondly, they were the Direct Lending Appraisal Manager from October 2005 to October 2006, responsible for directing and auditing the appraisal pipeline and implementing quality assurance processes.

David's work experience also includes being a District Appraisal Manager at World Savings from March 2004 to October 2005, where they hired and trained staff appraisers and reviewers and received recognition as the top district leader in the Great Lakes Region in 2005.

David Schiffmayer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas at Austin. In 2001, they obtained certifications as a Certified appraiser in TX, IL, and MN.
