Founded in 2014 in Brentwood, Tennessee, PDA has established itself as a leader in the transportation industry, specializing in driver retention and communication strategies that keep pace with modern business needs. We offer data-driven solutions that empower carriers to reduce driver turnover, improve workplace satisfaction, and increase profitability—all achieved through referrals, relationships, and word-of-mouth alone, without any paid advertising. Today, our network includes over 40,000 drivers nationwide, partnering with some of the largest fleets across the country.

Our approach provides carriers with a clear, proven pathway to lowering turnover and cutting costs through specialized expertise and customized solutions. We handle critical operational tasks, including driver outreach and monitoring, particularly for high-risk drivers. Additionally, we deliver regular performance analyses, enabling your team to stay focused on core activities that drive revenue.

PDA’s leadership team brings diverse expertise spanning transportation, operations, finance, human resources, and public relations. This breadth of experience has been pivotal in creating user-friendly products and services that seamlessly integrate across industries, particularly for essential businesses and front-line workers. As we grow our network, we’re eager to collaborate with organizations outside the transportation sector that are navigating rising costs associated with employee turnover.
