Frederick Yang

Frederick Yang is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at PDAX. Frederick is also known as the Chief Happiness Officer and previously held the title of AVP Head of Human Resources at the same company. Prior to PDAX, Frederick served as the Vice President at Furnmix International Inc. Frederick's passion lies in people management, talent management, employee engagement, and employee satisfaction. Frederick graduated from Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering in March 2005.
