Angelo Rossoni

Angelo Rossoni has over two decades of experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as a Staff Engineer and DoE Owner at PDF Solutions since May 2000, focusing on Design of Experiment for VLSI process characterization and technology development for advanced nodes down to 2nm. Angelo has contributed as a co-inventor of multiple test structures, managed projects, and developed IC layout designs for cutting-edge technologies, while also maintaining client relationships. Previous roles include Senior Engineer in Global Design Services and Design Engineer in CV Infrastructure Engineering, showcasing expertise in RF test structures and CAD flow enhancements. Angelo began a career as an Office Manager at Caritas Ambrosiana and holds a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Brescia.
