Jennifer

Jennifer Ma has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Jennifer is currently the Chief People Officer at PDF Solutions. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Management Consultant at 3S People Strategies and as the Chief People & Culture Officer at Snap Finance. Jennifer has also held leadership roles such as VP of Human Resources & Culture at SIMMONS EDECO, HR Manager at Precision Drilling, and Senior HR Business Partner at Encana. During their time at Schlumberger, they served as the Human Resources Manager for the Canadian Geomarket and also worked in various advisory and project management roles in compensation, benefits, and HR communications.

Jennifer Ma has obtained a Certified Change Management Practitioner degree from Prosci and a BA in Psychology from the University of Calgary. Jennifer also holds a certification in PROSCI Change Management from Prosci ANZ.
