Sakshi Sachdeva

Sakshi Sachdeva has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Sakshi started their career as an Intern at India Today in 2012. Sakshi then worked as a Trainee Analyst at JK Technosoft Pvt.Ltd from 2014 to 2015. Sakshi joined HCL Technologies Pvt. Ltd in 2015 as an Office 365 Analyst. Sakshi then moved on to RGIS, where they held the positions of Inventory Specialist from 2017 to 2018 and Team Lead from 2018 to 2020. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Sherweb, first as a Technical Support Advisor and later as an M365 Business Technical Lead. Currently, Sakshi works as a Software Technical Lead at PDF Solutions, starting in 2022. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in technical support, problem-solving, coaching, and team leadership.

Sakshi Sachdeva earned a Masters degree in Information Technology from Fanshawe College from 2016 to 2017. Sakshi also attended Matrix College of Management Technology and Healthcare Ince from 2017 to 2018, specializing in Computer Software Testing. In addition to their academic education, they obtained certifications as a Data Processing Specialist and Software Engineer in IT Services from Aspiring Minds in 2014.
