Scott Ellis is an Electronic Systems Engineer with extensive experience in spectroscopy and optics research since 2010. They completed a PhD at the University of California, Berkeley, where their work involved building and operating an ultrafast laser system among other advanced techniques. They have held positions as a Postdoctoral Researcher at both Berkeley Lab and Sandia National Laboratories, where they designed an innovative scanning ultrafast electron microscope. Currently, they serve as a Senior Hardware Systems Engineer at PDF Solutions and as a Process Engineer at Intel Corporation. Scott earned a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Boston University in 2012.
