Dave Carls

Dave Carls is currently the Head of Tax & Treasury at Apryse, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as Vice President of Tax at KnowBe4 and Pipedrive, among other roles in tax management at various companies, including FPL and CNL Lifestyle Company. Dave earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Temple University and has additional business education from the University of California, Berkeley. With extensive experience in taxation and corporate development, they are well-versed in global tax strategy, transfer pricing, and M&A.
