Mary Snider is a Lead Technical Writer with extensive experience in creating and updating a variety of documentation types using numerous technical authoring tools. They have served as a content strategist for multiple projects, including REST API launches and self-service channel releases, enhancing user experiences through improved content navigation and searchability. At Wowza, they led the creation of a developer documentation portal and managed a team of technical writers, while previous roles included leadership and collaboration across various departments to streamline documentation processes. Currently, they continue their education at Phillips University, focusing on English with a Spanish minor.
