Michael Hobkirk

Michael Hobkirk is currently the Vice President, Legal & Secretary at Apryse since October 2019. Prior to that, Michael served as Legal Counsel at Central 1 Credit Union from March 2017 to October 2019, where Michael provided legal and strategic advice across various business lines within the financial industry. Michael also worked as an Associate at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin, focusing on M&A, corporate finance, securities law, corporate governance, and more.
