Andrew Lockerbie

Andrew Lockerbie has a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry. Andrew has held senior positions in the field since 2003. In 2003, they were a Senior Vice President-Benefits Division at Brown & Brown, where they managed a team of 37 with a cumulative BOB of 5.7M. In 2013, they joined Springbuk\u00ae as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development, where they served as acting COO of a high-growth HIT start-up. Andrew built internal SDR, client success, operations, and finance teams, while also developing go-to-market strategies and hiring teams for channel and direct sales. Andrew led sales efforts that yielded a 6x valuation increase and exceeded the company's year 1 quota, with 750% first YOY growth and the closure of the largest deal-to-date. Andrew Lockerbie obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Horizon University in 2021. Andrew also holds certifications from the Corporate Health and Wellness Association as a Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist (obtained in October 2014), and from the State of Indiana as an Insurance Agent in Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life & Variable Annuities (obtained in May 2003) and as an Insurance Agent in Property & Casualty (obtained in May 2009).
