Jay Warner

Jay Warner has a diverse work experience, starting as an Accounting Intern at Breslow Starling, PLLC in 2009. Their career progressed to roles at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in investment banking, where they advised on high-value mergers, acquisitions, and public offerings. Jay then transitioned to NCR Corporation, where they led global strategic and inorganic growth projects. Currently, Jay is the Vice President of Corporate Development at PDI Technologies, focusing on M&A and strategy. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership and strategic acumen in various roles across different industries.

Jay Warner holds a BS from Wake Forest University with a major in Finance and a minor in Global Trade & Commerce. Jay also earned an MBA from The Wharton School with a triple major in Operations, Strategic Management, and Entrepreneurship. Additionally, Jay holds certifications in Series 63, Series 7, and Series 79 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
