Mark Carl

Mark Carl currently serves as the Chief Security Officer at PDI Software, a position held since January 2021 following the acquisition of Managed Security Services assets from ControlScan. In addition, Mark has been an Advisor for Thompson Street Capital Partners since December 2014, offering strategic technology consulting. Prior roles include Chief Executive Officer at ControlScan from May 2017 to January 2021 and Chief Executive Officer at EchoSat Communications Group, Inc. from December 2014 to May 2017, as well as a previous tenure at EchoSat Communications as CTO and Cloud Architect. Mark's career also includes experience as a Systems Engineer at IntraSource, service in the US Army National Guard with the 20th Special Forces Group, and as MIS Director at Mas-Hamilton Group. Mark attended the Defense Language Institute from 1991 to 1992.
